At My Little Prints, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy below to understand your options.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
• You have your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Personalised or custom-made items

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

1. Email us at hello@mylittleprints.live with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
